Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PrestaStack, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PrestaStack's AI-powered PrestaShop module generation platform, including all related services, features, content, and applications offered by PrestaStack.

Service Description

PrestaStack provides an AI-powered platform that generates custom PrestaShop modules based on user requirements. Our service includes:

• AI-powered module generation for PrestaShop 1.7+ and 8+
• Clean, documented PHP code generation
• Installation guides and documentation
• Community template access
• Email support and technical assistance

The generated modules are provided as downloadable files that you can install and customize according to your needs.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of PrestaStack, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities.

Subscription Plans and Payments

Plan Types and Credits

PrestaStack operates on a credit-based system where each module generation consumes credits based on complexity:

• Simple modules: 1 credit per generation
• Complex modules: 2-3 credits per generation
• Enterprise modules: Custom credit consumption

Billing and Refunds

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

• Technical issues preventing module generation for more than 48 hours
• Cancellation within 7 days of initial subscription (unused credits only)
• Service discontinuation by PrestaStack (prorated refund for unused period)

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use PrestaStack for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Generating modules that contain malicious code, viruses, or security vulnerabilities
• Creating modules that violate intellectual property rights or copyrights
• Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile our platform
• Using automated tools to generate excessive requests or abuse our services
• Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

Generated Code Ownership

You retain full ownership of modules generated using PrestaStack. The generated code, including all intellectual property rights, belongs to you and may be used, modified, and distributed according to your needs.

However, you acknowledge that:

• PrestaStack's AI technology and platform remain our intellectual property
• You are responsible for ensuring your generated modules don't infringe on third-party rights
• We may use anonymized usage data to improve our AI models

You agree to indemnify and hold PrestaStack harmless from any claims arising from your use of generated modules or intellectual property claims.

Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Support is provided through the following channels:

• Email support for technical issues and account questions
• Documentation and guides available in your account
• Community templates and examples

Email support is provided to all subscribers with response times typically within 24-48 hours during business days.

Disclaimers and Warranties

Generated Code Quality

While we strive to generate high-quality, functional code, we cannot guarantee that generated modules will be free of bugs, errors, or compatibility issues. You are responsible for testing and validating generated code before deployment.

Limitation of Liability

PrestaStack's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Account Termination

Termination by User

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to previously generated modules
• Unused credits will expire and are non-refundable
• Account data will be deleted 90 days after cancellation

Termination by PrestaStack

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to our platform. In cases of immediate termination for cause, no refund will be provided.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Notify you via email at least 30 days before changes take effect
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Post updates to our platform dashboard

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and regulations. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
